Vertical Thermic Fluid Heater
Technical Specification
This thermic Fluid heater is a Vertical Three Pass Coil Type Unit. The thermic fluid is circulated Through a spirally wound coil shaped pipe which acts as a heat exchanger. The thermic fluid before being pushed into coil is circulated in a smoke tube heat exchanger where it is preheated. The oil burner is located at the top and the firing is from top towards bottom. This unit exposed maximum of its heating surface to the radiant heat and hence gases are layed out in proper channel, so that the maximum amount of heat energy can be recovered from the combustible products. Advantages: · Complete unit & control panel designed with "FAIL SAFE" concept, this eliminates possibility of accidents.
· High Overall thermal Efficiency of 86±2% on Gross Calorific Value(GCV) of fluel oil & 90±2% on net Calorific Value (NCV) of Fuel Oil.
