FEATURES OF MEMBRANE BOILER MANUFACTURING:- It is manufacturing accordance with the IBR code & ISO Standard, the fully wet back design has provided much longer life as compared to dry back package boiler. NOTICEABLE:- Each part is tested and examine by the Inspection Officer by the Office of the Director of Boiler and construction according to them. PERFORMANCE:- membrane Boiler give best Thermal efficiency upto 82% on GCV for conventional fuels like- coal, Lignite while Thermal efficiency up to 80% on GCV for agro fuel. LARGE GRATE AREA:- It is one of design which provides large grate area compared to dry back package boiler. It has sufficient space for completely combustion of solid fuel. APPLICATION:- This Three pass water wall Furnace boiler fitted in all the Industrial Application like Paper, Laminates, Cloth, Oil Refineries, Chemical, Rice & Malt Industries.
